Seven Ways Wellness
“Seven Ways Wellness” is the name of my integrated approach to helping people feel better. In it, there is something for everyone-whether you are not feeling well or feel fine. I offer counseling and recommendations based on this approach.
When someone feels anxious or depressed, or even just moderately dissatisfied with life, the solution is almost never as simple as quickly thinking happier thoughts or taking a pill.
Some people need quality counseling, others mindfulness techniques or meditation, still others a physical approach like exercise or acupuncture. Most people need several parts of these on their road to happiness, and I offer advice on what methods to pursue.
Different personalities need different approaches. I use a personality system that I have developed to advise people & groups, counsel, or coach them, taking into account their unique skill sets and weaknesses-it’s much more effective and efficient!
